This week’’s Dog Pound is a busy one and therefore slightly longer than usual. MWC took place last week which means that there were tons of new phones and tablets announced, most notably the Xperia P and U, the HTC One S, V, and X, and the Asus Padfone. Quad-core processors were all the rage and we saw plenty of phones running Ice Cream Sandwich, which is always good to see. Sydney recaps the biggest news from the event. We also got some updates on Windows Phone 8 which will reportedly support dual-core processors, a launch date for the Galaxy S III, and the next version of Android. We”re back with a new episode of the Dog Pound and a new format! Sorry for missing last week; I was unavailable so we didn”t have an episode. I mentioned in the last episode that this show is now six months old. Since we”ve hit a milestone, I decided to use a new format, just to keep things fresh and interesting. From now on, I”ll still be featuring your comments but I”ll also be covering the news from the past week. Let me know what you think of the new format!
