This week on The Dog Pound, Sydney shares some of the things she learned from playing Pokemon, and tells a childhood story about her name. (Don”t worry, it’’s more interesting than it sounds.) By way of news, we finally got an invite to the event where Samsung will announce “the next Galaxy”. This event will take place on May 3rd in London. We also got an invite to an event where HTC and T-Mobile will unveil the HTC One S which corroborates with rumors saying that the One S would launch on T-Mobile on April 25th. In terms of Windows Phone news, Nokia revealed that it sold two million Lumia devices in Q1 of 2012. That is an impressive number and bodes well for Windows Phone. In this episode of The Dog Pound, Sydney covers news on Windows Phone, iOS, and Android. To start with, we finally have official confirmation of the Lumia 900′’s release date, April 8th. We”re also hearing about a release date for another highly anticipated phone, the Samsung Galaxy S III. According to an executive at Samsung, it should be coming in April.
