CTIA took place in New Orleans last week and we got a chance to see plenty of new phones and Aaron has tons of hands-on videos for you to check out. The most notable devices were the HTC EVO 4G LTE and the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE, both of which have been passed through the rumor mill for several months now so it was nice to finally see them unveiled. Both are very similar to the HTC One X hitting AT&T, but there are a couple of differences. In this week’’s episode of the Dog Pound, Sydney discusses the Samsung Galaxy S III and its features. We”ve been waiting for this phone for months and now it’’s finally official. For the most part, it lived up to all of our expectations but it seems that some people are still disappointed by it. The hardware design also seems to rub some people the wrong way. In this episode of The Dog Pound, Sydney covers news on Windows Phone, iOS, and Android. To start with, we finally have official confirmation of the Lumia 900′’s release date, April 8th. Also coming on that date is the HTC Titan II. So if you”re on AT&T and a Windows Phone fan, then April 8th will be a great date for you. In iOS news, Aaron has posted his video review of the new iPad and we”ve heard some new rumors about the next iPhone. It may have a larger display, but it may not. We”re pretty certain now that it will have LTE support but we won”t know anything for sure until it’’s announced by Apple. We”re also hearing about a release date for another highly anticipated phone, the Samsung Galaxy S III. According to an executive at Samsung, it should be coming in April. We”re back with a new episode of the Dog Pound and a new format! Sorry for missing last week; I was unavailable so we didn”t have an episode. I mentioned in the last episode that this show is now six months old. Since we”ve hit a milestone, I decided to use a new format, just to keep things fresh and interesting. From now on, I”ll still be featuring your comments but I”ll also be covering the news from the past week. Let me know what you think of the new format!
